2. Move More

Quality nutrition will give your dog the energy to exercise (and will help get you moving, too!). Exercise is not only important for helping your dog maintain a healthy weight; it also provides your pup with some much-needed mental and physical stimulation.

If you’ve only ever gone on walks or jogs with your dog, don’t be afraid to branch out. You might discover that your pup prefers hiking to a neighborhood walk.
